Project overview
Upon completion in spring 2007, the Skyscape Condos in downtown Minneapolis will stand tall at 28 floors and offer more than 250 luxury condos and street-level retail. STS provided soil borings and a geotechnical report during the early stages of development. STS also provided special inspection and testing during construction by the general contractor. Since the site was surrounded by older buildings, STS conducted a pre-condition survey and monitored vibrations during the installation of the retention system to confirm that vibration levels were within acceptable levels.
